Return and Exchange Policy
All defined terms used below shall have the meanings set forth in our Terms and Conditions.
All food service, theatrical, wearable, clearance, and seasonal items are final sale. Items that do not fall into these categories are available for returns and exchanges.
Unopened items, with a receipt, in original packaging and returned within 7 days after the date of purchase will receive a refund to the original method of payment** or will receive an exchange. Items that are opened, damaged and/or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Unless a product can be proven to be in unacceptable condition upon delivery due to damage, then a replacement product may be sent to you.
To exchange a product, simply bring it to The Party Warehouse within 7 days after the date of purchase with your original receipt. Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.
If an order was made by mistake, or you do not wish to proceed with the order you please notify The Party Warehouse by email phone at (519) 252-5369 immediately or within 24hrs of the transaction.
If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, The Party Warehouse reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
